All Sex provides some form of exercise, whether it's little more than a gentle stretch of the inner thigh muscles for her with a quick blast of the glutes and hip-flexor muscles for him or, preferably, a full aerobic marathon for both partners that leaves them in an exhausted, sweaty heap having burned up a couple of thousand calories apiece. In recent years, sex and fitness enthusiasts like myself have started taking this idea a little further and have come up with a whole host of sexercises that focus on honing and toning specific body parts. Sexercise is just like traditional exercise except that instead of working out at the gym, you're making out in the bedroom; and instead of using the resistance of weights, you're resisting the irresistible force of your lover gorgeous body. It's like traditional resistance training, but it's a heck of a lot more fun.
Why Sexercise?, The benefits are boundless, a virtuous cycle of improved health coupled with an ever more exciting sex life. The more sexercise you do, the fitter you get; the fitter you get, the more you get out of the sexercise.
